LAN stands for Rioja in three letters. Founded in 1972, its name refers to the initials of the three provinces that belong to the Rioja Designation of Origin: Logroño, Álava, and Navarra. A consistent producer of phenomenal Riojas, in both traditional and modern styles, Bodegas LAN deserves this tribute due to its keen attention to detail, its constant focus on the quality of its raw materials, and its expert management of a complex oak aging system.

Tasting notes

Intense garnet color with good depth. The nose is dominated by aromas of red and black fruits with hints of liqueur that give way to notes of menthol, balsamic, cedar, and resin… along with a subtle hint of coffee. Well-structured and full-bodied on the palate, with a long and pleasant finish.
