Tradition Reserve Sparkling Wine

The waters of the Cachapoal River that irrigate our vineyards are particularly rich in calcium carbonate. The fruit they produce is therefore bright and expressive, with good natural acidity, making it perfectly suited for the production of sparkling wines. This wine is made in a style intended for early consumption, with a dosage of 7–9 g/l.

Tasting notes

Pineapple and hay. Refreshing, with just a hint of sugar to balance the acidity. An elegant and balanced finish.
