Série Impar

"Solitary Odd" Series 2019

The Série Ímpar is the result of a challenge posed to the winemaking team at Sogrape Vinhos to create wines that are different, special, and unique. These are wines with a personal touch, created from the winemaker’s inspiration. Defying conventional wisdom, the Série Ímpar Solitário was born—a bold red wine that makes its mark in a region renowned for the excellence of its white wines.

Tasting notes

Ruby color. An exuberant nose of ripe fruit, reminiscent of wild berries, plums, and eucalyptus leaves. On the palate, it clearly reflects the region where it was produced, with great freshness combined with distinct notes of ripe fruit. The tannins are silky and very elegant, the result of 24 months of aging in French oak barrels. The finish is persistent and mouth-watering.
