Mélange à Trois embodies the modern spirit of Carvalhais—a blend of ideas, talent, and boldness—to which we’ve added three grape varieties—“Malvasia Fina, Gouveio, and Encruzado”—to create a modern, irreverent, and fun wine.

Tasting notes

Citrus color with greenish hues. A wine with intense and complex aromas, featuring stone fruit and citrus notes, along with delicate hints of white flowers and a vegetal touch that lends great freshness. Very well-integrated oak. Rich on the palate, with lively, crisp acidity; the fruit and white flowers return with great intensity, leading to an elegant, fresh, and harmonious finish.
