Hace más de 30 años, Isabel, la hija mayor de Santiago Ruiz, celebró su boda en la finca familiar. Para ayudar a los invitados a llegar hasta la bodega de San Miguel de Tabagón, decidió dibujar un mapa. Su padre se mostró tan encantado con este detalle para los invitados, que ha llegado hasta nuestros días como etiqueta de Santiago Ruiz.

Tasting notes

Clear and bright yellow. Intense and complex nose showcasing aromas of fruit (apple, pear, apricot), herbs (lemon verbena, aniseed) and mineral notes. Full-bodied, its fruity complexity returns combined with wet-stone minerality on the palate prior to a long and crisp finish. The combination of five native grape varieties to Rias Baixas makes this a wine with a uniquely distinct character. It will improve in the bottle in the next months.
