Tasting notes

Golden color with slight greenish hues. The aroma is intensely fragrant and exceptionally complex, with balsamic notes of cedar and a tobacco box, wax, and spices such as pepper and ginger, as well as caramelized fruits and apricot compote. On the palate, it displays good body with vibrant acidity, where notes of spices and candied fruit stand out, with an extraordinarily long and elegant finish.
